WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can make payment through our secure online checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We can also accept payment by bank transfer for larger transactions.

 

DO YOU SHIP FROM THE USA?

Yes. All the stock for this store has been imported into California by Billingham USA ready to ship anywhere within the United States or Mexico.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MEXICO?

Yes! We cover the import taxes so there will be nothing extra to pay when the item is delivered.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer free USA shipping via UPS Ground shipping on orders over $100 (based on the pre-tax value of the cart).

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free shipping to Mexico, but we do cover the import taxes - so there will be nothing extra to pay when the item is delivered.

  

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

This website only ships within the USA and Mexico.  We only ship to your verified PayPal address or billing address associated with your Credit Card.

 

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We have a variety of shipping options through FedEx, UPS and USPS which you will be able to select in the checkout. If you require a different shipping method, please contact us.

Where all items in an order are in stock orders made before 2 p.m. (1 p.m. for FedEx Overnight) (Pacific Standard Time) will ship that same day, and orders made after 2 p.m. (PST) will ship the following day - this applies Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that for FedEx Overnight this service is next working day only (Monday through Friday) - and you must order before 1 p.m. (PST) in order to receive shipment the next day. For example if you order at 10 a.m. (PST) on Wednesday delivery will be Thursday. If you order 10 a.m. (PST) on Friday delivery will be Monday. If you order 3 p.m. (PST) on Friday delivery will be Tuesday. First, Priority and Saturday delivery options are unavailable.

 

WHY DOES USPS SOMETIMES DISAPPEAR AS A SHIPPING OPTION?

USPS is only available on cart values of $49.99 or less (based on the pre-tax value of the cart) shipped to the USA. If you add items that cause your cart to exceed this value or choose a shipping address in Mexico the option will disappear.

 

DO YOU ALWAYS MEET YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. 

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM ISN'T IN STOCK?

If the website lists an item as in stock we believe it to be in stock for shipping. In the very rare situation that this is not the case then delivery will be delayed while we wait for a delivery of the item from Billingham in England.

  

WHY ISN'T MY SHIPMENT TRACEABLE YET? 

We create the labels in the morning or early afternoon on the day of shipping (PST) - however the parcel usually won't be traceable until the evening (PST) when it arrives at the courier's depot. Also remember that we don't usually ship out on Saturdays and Sundays. All our parcels are sent with tracking numbers and will be traceable after they arrive at the depot.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT – AM I EXPECTED TO PAY MULTIPLE SHIPPING FEES?

No - if you order multiple items in a single order you will only pay shipping once - often at a rate much cheaper than if you had purchased separately. However, we will wait until all items in the order are ready before shipping - so ordering an item listed as out of stock may delay an order.

 

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?

Don’t worry, if nobody is available at your address to take delivery, our designated carrier will leave you a note saying they’ve called. There will be contact details via which you can contact them directly to rearrange delivery on a more convenient day.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASING?

Unfortunately we can only ship to the address that you provided when you ordered due to the rules of our payment processor.

When paying by PayPal please make sure at every stage that you are asking for it to be shipped to the address you want it to go to - this must be a verified PayPal address.

When paying by card please note we can only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card.


P.S. The 'Billing Address' is the address on your bank/credit card statement. Your 'Shipping Address' is where you want the bag to go. (The checkout asks for the 'Shipping Address' first).

  

HOW WILL THE ORDER BE PACKAGED WHEN IT IS SENT TO ME?

We ship all our bags out in a strong cardboard box to avoid damage during transit. Accessories will either be sent in a box or a padded envelope as appropriate to ensure they reach you safely. The packaging is discrete to avoid attracting attention but does feature our return address and company name in small letters on the shipping label.

 

CAN YOU SHIP TO 'PO BOX' ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately we are NOT able to ship to 'PO Box' addresses. Please make sure you enter a valid street address (such as a home or business address) rather than a PO Box. 

 

WILL I GET CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?

No. All items are already in the United States with customs and duties paid by us. There will be nothing extra for you to pay on delivery whether you are having the item shipped to the USA or Mexico.

 

WILL THE PARCEL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?

Due to the value of the items we ask our courier to obtain a signature on all deliveries by FedEx or UPS (all higher value items are sent by FedEx or UPS according to what option you select in the checkout). This helps to protect both us and you from parcels being stolen from doorsteps.
