It is the perfect accompaniment for any Billingham bag.
The belt key fob can be opened by releasing the brass 'clogball' - just like the Quick Release System on many of our camera bags. Once opened it can then be threaded through a waist belt and closed again.
Of course, many people won't attach it to a waist belt - this is ok. Used as a normal key fob it makes a beautiful accessory.

Are these designed to attach to the outside of bags?
Generally no. They are really intended to be stored inside your bag, inside a jacket or trouser pocket or attached to your belt.
The Weekender and Overnighter have a D-ring inside to which the Belt Key Fob can easily be attached to.
If you do chose to attach to the outside of your bag please be sure to chose a location where you are unlikely to have any keys rubbing against the fabric of the bag.
